Most custom orders are completed within 2–3 weeks once your order is accepted and all details/files are received. If you’re planning for a special event, please place your order early enough so we can deliver it at least 2 weeks before your event date—that way, everything arrives on time and stress-free.

Please double-check all details before submitting, as personalized items are final sale. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen display settings.

Deposit Policy

Once your custom order request has been reviewed and accepted by us, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure materials and begin production. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your order, not in addition to it. The remaining balance is due before your item is shipped or picked up. Your deposit allows us to confidently invest our time, care, and creativity into bringing your vision to life.

Rush Orders

Need it faster? Rush orders are available for an additional fee:

• Rush (1–2 business days): +25% of your order total
  
• Super Rush (same day/overnight): +50% of your order total
  

While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, rush orders are not guaranteed and depend on our current production schedule. Rush fees help us rearrange our workflow to prioritize your project while still giving it the quality and attention it deserves.
